need to know who this belongs too

Received on my cell phone - cannot call it back to see who it was and what they wanted.

I called this number back after receiving more than 20 calls to my cell phone. I asked the woman who answered what company she was with - she said Macy/Bloomingdale's Credit. I asked what country she was in and she said India. I asked to speak to her supervisor. I spoke with 'Brad' who sounded as if he was American. I asked him why I was being called repeatedly by someone from this number and then when I answered they hung up. He said the number was automatically dialed and probably they couldn't hear me. Again I asked him WHY WAS I BEING CALLED? He told me it was because I had an outstanding bill. I told him I didn't even have a Macy's card and certainly wouldn't think of getting one after this experience. And that maybe if they would hire Americans to help OUR economy things like this wouldn't happen. He said he took my number off. We'll see...........

it is an insurance company, i went online to look for rates, put my # down and they have called me everyday for a week, three times a day, even when i answered and told them to stop calling, that i would call them back.

Sixth call in the past two weeks. I have told each one to REMOVE ME from their list. Both men and women calling. Still the calls come. The latest 1:25pm.

when i answer it anybody is on the line and the call end
